It’s Cake Time As Scede Celebrates 3rd Birthday!


It seems like only yesterday we started out on the Scede mission. Sounds very cliche but this really feels like the beginning. The last 3 years successes and learnings give us a very strong platform for our year 4 plans and beyond.

Our mission when launching was to help Europe’s most exciting technology startups & scaleups hire world class talent and build sustainable internal staffing practice.  We felt our experience executing hiring plans for some the worlds largest tech companies would give our clients a considerable advantage as they grew.

As we take a moment to look back at what has been achieved we are proud to have worked with some of Europe’s most forward thinking VC’s and founders, having hired over 300 people that make products touching millions of people globally.

We are super proud to have contributed in small way to 3 of our partners achieving “Unicorn” status, with a billion dollar valuation or greater, further demonstrating that Europe is a great place to build a tech business.

As we look at our own business we have experienced very positive year on year growth ourselves and have opened Scede hubs in London, Sheffield and Stockholm to help support their startup echo systems. We have successfully executed hiring plans for companies in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Finland, Estonia & Denmark.

Without getting too emotional we feel truly honoured to have access to the founders and VCs we have worked with.  The entire Scede team want to say a massive THANK YOU to all we have met along the way.
